These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkuulMaster Staff mobile application (the "App"), provided by SkuulMaster ("SkuulMaster", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for authorized school staff — teachers and school leaders — who have been given a role by a participating school. You must be of legal age to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction. Accounts are provisioned by the school; the App does not offer self-service registration.
The App lets you carry out your school duties — taking attendance, entering marks and reports, messaging, recording pastoral/welfare notes, and (depending on your role) finance and school-operations tasks — and lets you manage basic preferences such as notifications and language. Work captured offline syncs when you reconnect.
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. On shared devices, sign out when you finish, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and the App may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkuulMaster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that the school withdraws. You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account — see Data & Account Deletion.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
